Can't contact the site. I am just getting a blank page.
The REST service just dies. Seems like Adobe needs to put some more effort into stability of this service.

Adobe, you have completely ruin my weekend now that you have failed to notify your users of when your site will be down. It is not a rare thing for this to happen on the build.phonegap.com site either. It seems to be weekly, but on random days of the week. Why is there not a scheduled maintenance day like every other service that has regular maintenance. You have lost me money, much more than the monthly fee of the cloud and I do expect to be compensated. This is out of control.

Can we know what is happening now ?
The site and services were not available for last 2 hours. -

Come on Adobe!
It's okay if your site goes down for a bit but you really owe it to your users to let us know what's going on. We're developers too so we understand that maintenance is necessary and sometimes services fail, servers crash etc. but it would really help those of us that were planning to use the service today to know if it's likely to come back online soon or if we should find something else to do today. -

Is it a joke ?
Are you dead Adobe ?
Are you alive Joker ? -

Adobe, please, before adding full support with PG 2.3 (we already know that we must waiting for this), focus on the servers stability and a good communication team all around the world, we must wait for hours to have some aswers...

Hi Everyone,
We apologize for the delays! The team is currently working on the problem.
One of the things we're working on is providing a panel for uptime/service status. I know it's hard to not know what's going on, and we want to make it right.
More updates to come.

Hi Colene,
Thanks for getting back to us.
A service status page would be a big plus for customer service. Knowledge is power. -

yes would be idea. I still can't re-build apps, any news on when this might come available? I was due to beta test an iOS app this weekend for release Monday. Client and I are very worried !

My fault, sorry guys. It always breaks when I try and build in a rush.. -_-

Also stuck pending. And I just got ios working too... As Andy said, we understand that things go down, but can we get some kind of eta on the fix? This weekend was blocked out to finish a prototype to convince my boss that we should move all app development to phonegap... so this would be a good time for build to be working...

Build is back up, but the build servers are still flushing out the build queue backlog. Builds will take some as the servers catch up.
As mentioned by Colene, we apologize for the downtime. Two things that are in development as we speak are are (1) improving our service stability and (2) a service status notification page / system. Today's failure has put a stamp on the fact that we need to get these out asap. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. -
