phonegap is idle thru Dreamweaver CS6

hi.
am new to this and I was testing your service.
I compiled my first testing app then I was not able to either modify it again or compile another. It takes more than 6minutes idle and pops a message of a trouble on server, says to try later.any clue pls would be appreciated.

[am using phonegap thru Dreamweaver Cs6]
